About the School: A school in Bradford is looking for passionate and engaging Art or DT teachers to join their department. With one person moving up and one person moving to a new venture, the department is looking for 2 staff members to come in, this will allow for a lot of flexibility for the subjects within those areas. Whether you’re an Art teacher or teach certain areas within DT this role could be for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging art and design technology lessons.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters creativity and technical skills.
• Organize and oversee art exhibitions and DT projects.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art and DT into the wider curriculum.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Art, Design Technology, or a related field.
• Experience teaching art and DT at the secondary school level.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for art and design, and a commitment to inspiring students.
