Pay Rate: £85 – £90 per day

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the BD3 area of Bradford. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood development and creating a positive, engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering EYFS curriculum activities
• Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support learning and development
• Assist with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy activities
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Observe and report on pupil progress

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within EYFS or early years settings
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
