Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Pay: £90 – £115 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading whole-class sessions and small group interventions

Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and planning
-
Providing targeted support to pupils to enhance learning

Covering lessons in the absence of a teacher

Assisting with classroom management and pupil engagement

What We’re Looking For
-
HLTA qualification or extensive TA experience

Strong classroom presence and the ability to lead lessons

Enthusiasm and adaptability in a school environment

A passion for supporting students of all abilities

An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
