Best in Class Recruitment Agency, based in Bradford, is thrilled to support the recruitment of a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a primary academy located in the BD4 area. This is a part-time, temporary position starting in April 2025.

The Role

As a HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the teaching staff by complementing their curriculum delivery. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the planning and preparation of lessons, as well as managing resources. You will also supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers. In addition, you will help raise standards of achievement by providing tailored support to pupils, encouraging their independence, and fostering an environment of inclusion within the academy. Your expertise will be key in helping students develop into confident, independent learners.
