Due to high demand across Bradford, we are seeking multiple Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of primary school settings. These are varied and rewarding roles, idea for confident and experienced practitioners who enjoy working across the full primary age range.
As an HLTA, you will provide PPA and staff absence cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering high-quality lessons and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with teaching and support staff to ensure continuity of learning, progress and public wellbeing.

About the Role:
- Delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Providing PPA and staff absence cover
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN and SEMH
- Adapting to different classrooms, age groups and learning needs
- Maintaining a positive, safe and well-managed learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification (or equivalent higher-level education qualification)
- Confidence delivering lessons across the full primary curriculum
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
- Flexibility and adaptability across different school settings
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Commitment to inclusive practice and professional development
