About the Role:
  • Lead lessons and deliver pre-prepared learning across KS1 and/or KS2 in the teacher’s absence
  • Provide targeted support for small groups and individuals to boost progress and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and leadership teams to raise attainment
  • Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment
  • Assist in planning, assessing, and tracking pupil progress (where appropriate)

About You:
  • HLTA status or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working in a UK primary school setting
  • Confident leading full classes and delivering lessons across a range of subjects
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices
  • Organised, flexible, and able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
