Pay Rate: £100 – £110 per day

Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work on an ad hoc basis across schools in the Bradford area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work while making a positive impact in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups
• Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support pupil progress
• Assist in classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil performance and progress

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working within a school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
