Best In Class Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work as a HLTA within the Allerton area of Bradford. Within this role, you will be responsible for working to support students of different abilities in making progress within the classroom. You will support the main teacher with the smooth running of the lessons, providing 1:1 support with students where necessary and offering help to the other students ensuring they have the resources required to learn and develop. As a HLTA, you will have strong knowledge of different communication and behavioural management techniques to be able to utilise within the classroom. You will have a positive, can do attitude that will be role modelled to students, showing them the ways in which they need to interact with others.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be an Teaching Assistant with SEN experience
- Be able to build strong relationships with students
- Exercise Strong Communication Skills
- A can do attitude and the ability to make a difference
Successful applicants must have:
- NVQ or degree level equivalent qualifications
- Previous relevant experience
- An enhanced DBS that is registered to the update service
- Two suitable teaching references covering the past two years
- Right to work in the UK
