Best in Class Education Recruitment are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Qualified Teacher to join a reputable school in BD10, Bradford.

Role Overview: We are in search of an experienced Teacher that has good behavioural management skills and experience working with students with Special Educational Needs. The role will include working with Students from a deprived area and the school have some issues with behaviour. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a positive and conducive learning environment for our students, enabling them to thrive academically and socially despite the unique challenges they may face.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our KS1 students.
  • Implement effective behavioural management strategies to maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment, particularly in our deprived area.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, cooperation, and resilience among students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to address individual student needs and ensure holistic development.
  • Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform instructional practices and interventions.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through participation in various activities.


  • Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status, with a desire to develop and grow as an educator.
  • Enthusiasm for working with Key Stage 1 students and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to planning and delivering lessons.
  • Right to work in the U.K.
