We are seeking an experienced Teacher with exceptional behavioral management skills and a proven track record of working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The role involves engaging with students from a deprived area who face significant behavioral challenges. Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Prepare, and Deliver Lessons: Design engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of KS1 students.
  • Behavioral Management: Implement effective strategies to maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment, especially in areas with behavioral challenges.
  • Supportive Classroom Culture: Foster an inclusive atmosphere that promotes respect, cooperation, and resilience among students.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and parents to address individual student needs and ensure holistic development.
  • Assessment and Data Use: Regularly assess student progress and use data to inform instructional practices and interventions.
  • School Community Participation: Contribute to the wider school community by participating in various activities and initiatives.


  • NQT Status: Newly Qualified Teacher status with a strong desire to develop and grow as an educator.
  • Passion for KS1 Education: Enthusiasm for working with Key Stage 1 students and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to planning and delivering lessons.
  • Eligibility: Right to work in the U.K.
  • DBS Check: A DBS check on the update service.
