We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated KS2 Class Teacher to join a dedicated team at a School in the LS9 area. Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that align with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.

· Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional learning needs or specific challenges.

· Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.

· Regularly assess pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback and setting targets to support continued development.

· Maintain high standards of behaviour, creating a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.

· Encourage pupils’ social, emotional, and academic growth, providing support and guidance as needed.

· Collaborate with fellow staff members to enhance teaching practice and contribute to school initiatives.

· Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and achievements.

· Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

· Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is preferred, though newly qualified teachers (NQTs) are welcome to apply.

· A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.

· Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils in meaningful learning experiences.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

· A passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting the academic and personal development of each pupil.

· Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
