L3 Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join one of our vibrant primary schools in the BD8 area. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed practitioner with a passion for Early Years to become part of a large supportive and collaborative school community.

The successful candidate will work full-time within Early Years Foundation Stage, supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. You will play a key role in creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

To be successful in this role,  you will:

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Have experience supporting children in a classroom setting, including those with varied needs.
• Be flexible, caring and committed to providing the best start for every child.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team,  building positive relationships with colleagues, children and parents.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning.
