We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Primary School Administrator to join a welcoming school in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in an educational setting.
Requirements:
- A clean, enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- At least 6 months of school administration experience in the UK.
- Familiarity with school data systems such as SIMS, Arbor or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the school’s front office and acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate pupil records and updating school databases.
- Assisting with attendance monitoring and reporting.
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and correspondence.
- Coordinating school events and managing diary schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and data protection policies.
This roles requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a busy school environment. Previous experience with school systems and a good understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding are essential.
