Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, using innovative approaches to promote achievement and address challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students’ academic and personal growth.
  • Contribute to school activities, events, and initiatives, promoting a positive and enriching school culture.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child welfare, ensuring the well-being of all pupils.

About You:

We’re looking for a committed and inspiring teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching within the primary age range (UK).
  • Is passionate about education and driven to achieve excellent outcomes for every child.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage learners.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
  • Is reflective, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.

Desirable:

  • Experience with specific teaching strategies, interventions, or SEN support.
  • Knowledge of using assessment data effectively to inform teaching and learning.
