Primary Teacher

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to work in Primary Schools across Bradford. We are looking for Primary Teachers across all Key Stages including EYFS. Best In Class holds contracts with Primary Trusts in Bradford and we have seen an increase in demand for Primary Teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, using innovative approaches to promote achievement and address challenges.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support students’ academic and personal growth.
• Contribute to school activities, events and initiatives, promoting a positive and enriching school culture.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child welfare, ensuring the well-being of all pupils.

About You:

We’re looking for a committed and inspiring teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching within the primary age range (UK).
• Is passionate about education and driven to achieve excellent outcomes for every child.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage learners.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Is reflective, adaptable and committed to continuous professional development.

Desirable:

• Experience with specific teaching strategies, interventions or SEN support.
• Knowledge of using assessment data effectively to inform teaching and learning.
