Best In Class is a forward-thinking educational agency committed to fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: On behalf of our partner school, Best in Class are searching for a Psychology or Social Science Teacher who is able to work 3 days a week. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons that cover various psychological theories, practices, and research methodologies. Your role will involve encouraging critical thinking, curiosity, and supporting students in their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a curriculum that meets academic standards and engages students.
– Teach a range of psychology topics, including developmental, clinical, cognitive, and social psychology.
– Utilise diverse instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
– Encourage and facilitate class discussions, projects, and hands-on activities.
– Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
– Stay current with developments in the field of psychology and integrate new knowledge into teaching.
– Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
– Provide academic and career guidance to students interested in psychology and related fields.



Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– QTS.
– Previous teaching experience, particularly with KS3 and 4.
– Strong knowledge of psychological concepts, theories, and research.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
