Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team on a long-term temporary contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education, a deep understanding of various learning disabilities, and a commitment to creating an inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
· Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
· Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and specialists to support student development.
· Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and reports.
· Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience working with children with special educational needs.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
