Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 support to a student with SEN, ensuring their learning and well-being needs are met.

Implement and adapt learning strategies to accommodate the student’s individual needs.

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to develop and deliver effective support plans.

Provide a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Assist with behaviour management and social development.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a UK school setting, supporting children with SEN.

A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with children.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
