This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and inspirational educator to support the school’s continued commitment to inclusion and excellence.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCo and senior leadership team, taking a leading role in teaching and supporting pupils with SEND within one of the school’s dedicated provision bases. You’ll bring your expertise and enthusiasm to a school community that values high standards, inclusion, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching for pupils with SEND

· Collaborate with school leaders to implement effective SEN strategies

· Promote inclusive practices and ensure all children thrive

· Contribute to the school’s ongoing development and success

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has a strong passion for inclusive education and supporting children with SEND

· Understands the SEND Code of Practice and current SEN frameworks

· Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a good understanding of the National Curriculum

· Has a proven ability to raise attainment and improve outcomes for pupils with SEND

· Is positive, resilient, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team culture

· Can inspire, motivate, and support pupils, staff, and parents alike

· Brings energy and commitment to helping all children reach their full potential
