Just us back again with another incredible team member to add to the family here at Best In Class! Here we are to introduce the absolutely fabulous, extremely confident and lovely Emilia Fagan. Although, Emilia started with us on Monday at the Bradford Office, she is going to be flying off to Leeds to spread the Best In Class wings a little further afield! Thats it, you heard us right… we have opened a Leeds office for our next adventure and Emilia will be our Senior Recruitment Consultant, supporting some amazing schools and candidates across the city. Don’t worry though all of our candidates are in safe hands with Emilia over in Leeds and she will without a doubt, be happy to help you with a smile on her face at all times!
Whilst Emilia will be working hard to source new candidates and get to know you all, it only seemed fair that we should ask her a few fun, intriguing questions so that you could all get to know her too!

If you had to eat only one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
This is a tricky one, but I think Creamy Chicken & Chorizo Pasta. Its probably my No.1 meal that someone could make me if they wanted to impress me!
What is your most irrational fear?
Well… I originally said spiders but according to everyone in the office I wasn’t allowed that one. Whenever I go in a swimming pool on holiday, I get so scared that a crocodile or a snake is going to eat my feet so hate going in the deep end 😂 Apparently, that had a bit more substance to it to make it an irrational fear so there you go team!!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
My best piece of advice that I have been given and would pass onto anyone I could is ‘It is often the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring about the most lasting change.’ And its true!!
Where is next on your holiday bucket list?
Oooh, somewhere hot with margaritas & prosecco flowing. Cheers to that one!! Equally, I’d love to go to Iceland!!
What song would you sing at karaoke? (solo and duet!)
You to me are everything – The real thing.
What’s the best way to cheer you up when you’re down?
Give me sweets and do something silly to make me laugh! I’m easily pleased as you can tell, but it just means that whatever you do will bring my happiness back pretty quickly.
What’s something most people don’t know about you or wouldn’t expect of you?
I recently went travelling around Asia and it was amazing!! I would definitely recommend going travelling to everyone, the money comes and goes but the memories last forever!
